Scope of work:

Over the span of four years, the fruitful partnership with one of Tucson’s premiere companies, I worked closely with their Global Marketing Department team doing a variety of tasks from small to big. As a contract designer my work focused on supporting different organizational groups within Roche addressing their strategic needs.
This entailed everything from print based projects, photography for events and of leadership, to web based SharePoint sites, to external facing marketing materials to be distributed globally.
I worked with internal teams to develop new SharePoint website template design. First we pulled together the stakeholder team of content experts to create a clear brief with key milestones and aligned on what a successful site redesign would be. The process of auditing, designing lofi / hifi mockups of template designs, and working with IT to develop templates were the first steps before I actually helped migrate content.
To help give guidance for internal team members, I created a Intranet Standard Operating Procedures document as a reference for future use that outlined common tasks new users would need help with. I also, created a content calendar to help teams define what content should be featured at what times of year for the feature buttons on their internal teams homepage.
I also produced a variety of internal and external printed collateral using the standardized InDesign templates that I helped create for the Global Marketing Department.
PowerPoint presentations for executives and sales teams, scientific posters, event wayfinding, event app design, mailers, and I helped standardized all external marketing materials for all product lines.
