The healthcare information exchange system is complex—its brand shouldn’t be. Our challenge was to find simple, transformational ideas that transcend organizational boundaries, and implement them consistently with clear systems and guidelines. The result was a new name, a memorable brandmark and supporting visual language.

We began with extensive research and worked at refining the details, formalizing relationships between type, color, and mark into lockups.
We distilled down a list of descriptive words to a concise visual statement that incorporated the following themes: Information; Trust; Flow; Exchange; Connection; Data; Transformation; Precision; Human.
We also updated their digital presence, created an announcement campaign, updated their email communications, and captured executive team headshots, amongst other things.
