ONE Conference: a place to connect
Each year, the University of Arizona supports their community partners and in-house marketers through the ONE Conference, ensuring a modern presence of the UArizona brand. With a compressed timeline, we partnered with the Marketing & Brand Management team to develop the conference theme: Character, to announce their new purpose, vision, mission, and value statements to the world. Throughout the event we drove a dynamic conversation and had a blast while doing it.
BRAND STRATEGY, BRAND DESIGN, DIGITAL DESIGN, EXPERIENCE DESIGN
The ONE Conference graphic was used as a device to showcase the personal creative expression of each individual entrusted to build the UArizona brand. Each attendee drew within the graphic a motif of what UArizona means to them, which we compiled and created a video that was featured on the Conference website after the event.
We provided digital design and brand design to unveil the new brand pillars. To promote attendee ownership of the event, we used a customized event app that allowed users to create a personalized conference experience.
We created a seamless registration and check-in process at multiple touch points throughout the day for tracking attendance to breakout sessions to help future content development for their in-house team.
